Steak Marinade (Hamburgers & Chops)
1 cup soy sauce
2 large onions, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, halved
1/4 cup bottled gravy coloring (eg. Gravy Master)
2 teaspoons of Beau Monde or Bon Appetit Seasoning
Combine soy sauce, onion and garlic in an electric blender; process
at high speed 1 minute, or until mixture is very smooth.
Stir in gravy coloring and seasonings. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
Arrange steaks in a shallow glass baking dish; pour 1/2 cup marinade
for each steak over the meat. Allow to stand at room temp. for two hours
or cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 24 hours then
bring meat to room temp. before cooking. Grill
