This is always a favorite in our house!!
Spaghetti Pie
4   oz. spaghetti
1   beaten egg
another beaten egg
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1   tablespoon butter
1   cup ricotta
1/2 lb. ground beef or Italian sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
 
For the crust, cook spaghetti. Drain. Combine first egg, Parmesan and
butter.Stir in hot spaghetti, press evenly into bottom and up sides of 9-in.
pie plate. Drain cheese; combine with other egg. Spread over crust. Set
aside. In a large skillet cook meat, onion, and green pepper till meat
is brown. Drain fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Heat through. Spoon over
ricotta cheese mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 min. Sprinkle
with mozzarella cheese. Bake about 5 min. more until cheese melts and
crust sets.  Let stand 5 min. Cut into wedges.
