My wife served this sauce with a fresh fruit salad the other day and
it was excellent !
Dressing for Fruit Salad
2 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/3 cup orange juice
1/2 to 3/4 cup heavy cream (whipped)
Beat eggs until firm and combine with flour and sugar. Add fruit
juices and cook in double boiler until thick. Fold in whipped heavy cream.
Serves 8 - 10
