Sun Mar 2,1997 Apple Cream Pie
2 Stouffers Escalloped Apples, thawed
1 unbaked pie crust (Pillsbury)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 Tablespoons of brown sugar
2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup flour
1 cup of Fluff
2 Tablespoons butter
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (soft)
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Combine first 3 ingred. - mix well. Beat Fluff and
cream cheese on medium till well blended
Fold into apple mixture. Spoon into pie shell - place
on baking sheet. Combine brown sugar
and flour. Cut in butter. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle
on pie. Bake in 375 degree preheated oven
40 - 50 min. Serve room temp or chilled.
