Style Spare ribs
2 bags
sauerkraut
2 apples peeled, cored and sliced
1/4 cup brown sugar
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season ribs on both sides
wish salt and pepper. Mix sauerkraut with brown
sugar and spread in bottom of 9 x 13 in. pan. Top
with sliced apples. Lay seasoned spareribs in single layer over apples.
Cover with double aluminum foil.
Bake 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and bake 20 minutes.
