Corinne Cortesi Derry
After more than 20 years in Rome, Florence and Milan, Corinne
has relocated to the Akron
area. Though varied and extensive study and travel in Italy, she perfected
her knowledge of
Northern Italian cooking, while enjoying wonderful food!
Corinne's extensive credentials include: study
with Chef Angelo Paracucchi in Amelia, Italy;
teaching for VISA and department stores in Yokohama, Japan and membership
in the
International Association of Culinary Professionals. While living in
Western New York, she has
offered Italian cooking classes in the Akron, Frontier and Williamsville
Adult Education programs
as well as at Tops Cooking School and Home Place.
